I know some people dont use Sims 2 anymore but in case you do this is a collection made by LeonelaxFanservice, she gathered some old and new anime cartoon characters lets see:

Ace from World of Winx
Archer from Fate stay nigth
Decim from Death parade
Marinette from Miracoulus Lady bug
Noodle from Groillaz phase 4
Shino from Boruto
Onceler from Lorax movie
Warden from Superjail

All meshes and some stuff were from The sims Recource and Modthesims

well this is a downloadable package that includes some "anime sims",they are not created by me however I would like to share just because LeonelaxFanservice did me a favor and wanted to upload the link here .

the package includes:
AO from naruto shippuden
Fuu from naruto shippuden
Ira gamagori from kill la kill
mako from kill la kill
ryuko from kill la kill
keith goodman from tiger& bunny with normal clothes.
(other characters in the pictures are not available)
they are uniques and some of them you will not be able to find at least for Sims 2
you can reupload and share respecting and giving some credits for the download
They supposed to run normally in any expansion
